Plan a visit
The nursery holds a play area full of stimulating, age appropriate toys, so each baby develops at their own pace. A separate sleeping alcove gives infants a safe, warm place to rest. Teachers lead music and story time that build language skills. When baby takes first steps, they move into the Mobile infant room, 1 year to 18 months.
Toddlers learn through imaginary play, puzzles, building blocks, creative art, music and movement, and story time. Circle time builds social growth and language with stories, songs and sharing with friends. Teachers introduce shapes, colors, numbers and letters. Staff work with parents on potty training, reinforcing your child's independence. Routines stay consistent, because toddlers are always exploring their world.
Pre-school prepares your child for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning. Teachers use the HighScope Curriculum to blend play and learning into daily lessons and activity plans. Caring staff challenge your child with age appropriate programs, and learning happens through play. At the end of each week, you receive a weekly report.
