Pre-schoolers balance play and learning, building skills for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning.
Explore Pre-schoolWe see children as capable learners. Our mission is exceptional child care and early childhood education in a safe, developmentally inclusive environment. Teachers use the HighScope Curriculum, a nationally recognized approach, to balance play and learning in daily lessons. We are Jenna and Brad Glumac, owners since January 2019. Our own children, Reese and Spencer, attend here too.
In the infant room, babies play with stimulating toys and sleep in a separate alcove. Toddlers build with blocks, do puzzles, and join circle time. Pre-schoolers work on shapes, colors, numbers, and letters. Each room fits the age it serves. Days mix play, learning, and rest.
Visitors notice the small, intimate feel we aim to bring to a center. Every teacher, up to the owner and director, gives individual attention. Many families followed us from our in-home daycare. That closeness separates us from large chain centers.

Mornings start with a greeting and a familiar routine. Your child settles into the room, finds a favorite toy or a friend. Teachers keep the pace calm so drop-off feels easy. You can tell a teacher anything you want them to know about the night before.
The middle of the day moves between play and small-group learning. There is music, story time, and creative art. Toddlers work on sharing and potty training with teachers and parents together. Pre-schoolers practice letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. Rest and outdoor time round out the hours.
Afternoons slow down with quiet play and stories. At pickup, a teacher tells you something your child did that day. You might hear about a new word, a shared toy, or a first try at a puzzle. That small update keeps you close to the day.

At pickup, teachers share a moment from your child's day. Questions get answered in person, by phone, or by email. Teachers take annual classes, certifications, and training to keep growing. You are part of the team supporting your child.
The first weeks are about settling in. We work with you on a drop-off routine that suits your child. Teachers watch how your child eats, naps, and plays, then tell you what they see. You can call 614-865-4611 or email info@mslwv.org with questions as you go.
Call 614-865-4611 or email info@mslwv.org. Tell us your child's age and the days you need, and we will start the conversation about your family's schedule.
See the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it. You can watch how the room is set up, how the day flows, and ask the questions that matter to you.
Complete enrollment and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. We will work with you on drop-off times, naps, and meals so the transition feels steady for your child.
Children from From Infants to Pre-K.
Yes. A tour is how most families decide, and children are welcome to come along.
Families usually pack a change of clothes and a comfort item from home. Label everything with your child's name. On the first day, bring what your child needs for eating and napping.
Schedules depend on the age group and openings, so please ask what is available for your child. We can tell you which days and times have space when you call or email.
Families can ask to be told when a place opens for their child's age. We will take your child's age and your contact details and let you know if a spot becomes available, though we cannot promise a date.
